*All applications are seen on an appointment basis and the wait varies depending on how busy the Passport Office is, they recommend that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received your new passport. To make an appointment at the passport office we will require the following documents
Requirements:
- Existing current uncancelled passport.
- Original application form.
- Letter authorizing Cultural Tours Ltd to lodge and collect the documents.
- 3 passport sized photographs (if countersignature is required one of the photos must have written on it “I certify this to be a true likeness of <applicants name> and also be dated and signed, the other picture must not be written on.
Please note:
- For all applications an original application form is required that can be obtained from post offices or we can deliver one for you.
- The forms must be filled in with block capitals with a black pen, please do not cross out or sign outside of the box as this will cause the application to be rejected.
- If your current passport is at all damaged especially around the photograph or if you have changed notably since it was issued you will need to have the application countersigned by a professional that you have known for at least 3 years; i.e. doctor, solicitor, company director etc. (They may also request more identification and take longer to issue the passport). If this is your first passport then you will also require a countersignature and the application will take a week.
